In this article we will show you how to fix a Cisco Webex Conference shared screen from waffling or flickering.
We have had many Webex conferences with people and a topic which arises a lot is the shared screen is flickering or waffling, we tried everything from disconnecting second screens to changing screen resolution but this still had no effect.
Well after trawling webex support site [this was very well hidden] we finally found the issue and more importantly the fix.

| Solution: |
Follow the steps below to change from the default Windowsdesktop theme to WindowsBasic:Windows Vista:- Right-click the desktop, then selectPersonalize.
- ClickWindow color and appearance.
- Click Open classic appearance properties for more color options.
- ForColor scheme, select Windows Vista Basic.
- Click OK to save your changes.
Windows 7: - Right-click the desktop, then selectPersonalize.
- Under Basic and High Contrast Themes, select Windows 7 Basic.
- Close the Personalization window.
