Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. If I understand your post, you're having trouble utilizing Apple Music on an Android device. Specifically, you're unable to create playlists, and get an error when trying to access your library. I'm happy to help!
Based on the information you've provided, I'd recommend following the steps below, in order, checking between each step to see if the issue is resolved. You can get instructions on performing each of the steps in the Google support article Fix an installed Android app that isn't working - Google Play Help:
- Restart your Android device, as well as the Apple Music app.
- Check for, and install, any updates to your Android software and the Apple Music app.
- Clear the Apple Music app's cache.
If those steps do not resolve the issue, sign out of the Apple Music app, then back in. You can do this from the menu
