Bảng xếp hạng Nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam dựa trên kết quả khảo sát ý kiến đánh giá khách quan của 63.878 người đi làm có kinh nghiệm từ 18 nhóm ngành nghề và 9.638 sinh viên của 113 trường đại học trên toàn quốc.

Ngày 23/11, tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Anphabe (đơn vị tư vấn tiên phong về giải pháp Thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng và môi trường làm việc hạnh phúc) công bố kết quả bảng xếp hạng 100 nơi làm việc tốt nhất Việt Nam năm 2023.

Abbott Laboratories is the best place to work this year, climbing up from fourth in 2021, followed by Nestle Vietnam, Vietcombank and Viettel, a survey has found.

Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam was sixth, followed by Coca-Cola, Samsung Vina Electronics, FPT, Techcombank, and Vingroup, according to the 2022 Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work ranking by Anphabe and market research firm Intage.

Anphabe polled 57,939 employees and 515 company representatives between April and September, and conducted in-depth interviews with 150 senior executives and human resources managers in 20 industries.

It found that 56% of employees had got raises as of September this year, compared to 35% last year.

Nearly 70% of respondents received the bonus they expected or more, and on average it was 1.4 times their monthly salary.

The survey also found that 42% of workers are tired and under stress.

Issues related to finance, family, nature of work, work environment, and work relationships are the main causes, and Anphabe suggested that businesses need to seriously reconsider their policies in future to address them.

The survey, conducted by Anphabe Company, a pioneer consulting firm providing employer brand and happy workforce solutions, was based on criteria such as salary, bonuses, welfare, professional development, culture and values, leadership, work-life balance, and company reputation.

This year Anphabe Company sampled 57,939 workers nationwide who were required to vote for their prioritised and desired workplaces based on multiple criteria.

The company also conducted a survey among 150 human resource managers across 20 industries from April to September.

The 2022 survey witnessed several notable changes with specific results. For the first time, Abbott Laboratories GmbH was honoured in top position after finishing fourth in the 2021 list.

The top five consisted of Nestlé Vietnam, Vietcombank, Viettel, and Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam.

Companies that have made remarkable breakthroughs to be featured in the list for the first time include Pernod Ricard Vietnam Co. Ltd, Home Credit Vietnam, VietinBank, and DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.

Thanh Nguyen, CEO of Anphabe, said the survey provides a comprehensive overview of contemporary employee expectations, and at the same time helps businesses to fine-tune incentives to attract staff.
