This tool helps in taking control of a remote windows computers and troubleshoot them remotely. It doesn't require any agents to be installed on those remote computers for establishing a remote desktop connection. It also helps in sharing files between them and this tool is a client for Windows RDP.

- Click the Remote Control Tool from the list of tools available.
- Select the domain name available in the left hand panel.
- Select the computerwhich you want to troubleshoot remotely.
- The selected computer is displayed in the right window pane and is ready for remote troubleshooting.
Question
I have connected my PC to the analyzer via LAN. The firewall settings are made, I have a remote desktop connection, but I cannot see all buttons of the analyzer on my PC.
I even shut down the analyzer function and restarted the analyzer function on the analyzer, but this did not help either.
