Hi! Your RldOrigin.dll has a different size and date from the cracked one. Please take a look at my video and reapply the crack [be sure to give permission to overwrite the files]. The cracked one is dated 14/08/2015 and has 635,396 bytes of size.
Your TS4.exe file seems about right. I believe your anti virus removed the RldOrigin.dll file before you applied the fix, so when you did it, you didn't actually crack your game, and you will need to extract that file from your RAR [if you still have it] or you will have to download it again. Remember you need to exclude the folders in your anti virus first, or it will delete the crack again, and again, and again

Hello, thank you for your help! But I still got a problem...I don't know why, but when I extract the winrar The sims 4 Spa and cool kitchen stuff always happens what you can see in the picture. Where is the problem? I have the winrar folder in exclusion. All the files are there, Antivirus didn't delete anything...but after extracting the folder - the files has got a different size
In the picture you can see Winrar The Sims 4 spa and cool kitchen stuff and above is the same folder after extracting. Help me please..why is this happening
Sorry to hear that. Do you know what could be happening here, @Carlos ?
Let's hear if he has some advice for us.
Meanwhile, did you try my torrent with the RldOrigin.dll already?

Hello, thank you for your answer. I did it with the torrent links which are in the description of this video: How to install The Sims 4 with Cool Kitchen Stuff, Spa Day and all DLCs
The Sims 4 - Deluxe Edition The Sims 4 - Cool Kitchen, Spa Day and Everything Else / All DLCs
Or do you mean another torrent? Thank you!
Glad you used them. No, I meant you could download the torrent with just the cracked dll file to write over yours [at the end of the video's description you will find a link].
Please keep us posted...

Just tried it right now and it happened again. The size of the RldOrigin.dll file isn't
635,396 bytes as you wrote above but only 621 Kb...again
The size sounds about right [621 KB = 635,904 rounded up, since each KB has 1024 bytes and not 1000], I am more concerned about the date. When you try to copy the file you dowload to overwrite the old one, do you get a message asking for administrator permission or anything like that, since it's a system folder?

The cracked one is dated 14/08/2015 and has 635,396 bytes? Because in both cases the RldOrigin.dll file is from 22/08/2015. From 14/08/2015 is RldOrigin.ini. It was like that in torrent just with RldOrigin.dll. too. Yes, I get a message asking for administrator permission if I want to overwrite it. I always make a copy and replace the file.
But I've got problem with rld.dll, not with RldOrigin.dll...or is it the same? Sorry I am not IT person
It is ok. The cracked DLL is RldOrigin.dll, but sometimes the error says the problem is with the rld.dll even though it's not the cracked one, neither the one who needs fixing.
I redownloaded it and my system shows the file is from today, same size as yours [crazy, since the one inside of the package had a different size], so I think the date doesn't matter as much I thought it would be, sorry, my torrent client just set a new date for the file, making it not that reliable to compare.
If you got the file and if you replaced the original one with the one that is cracked, and your game still not work, the problem must be something else. I will try to reinstall the game eventually, but not today [I don't have it since I sold my laptop, as the computer I have to use right now is a bit old]...
I believe we'll need the assistance of someone with more experience, like @Carlos or @SeoY
Let's just wait and see what they say. It may take a while, though, sorry. I will let you know if I find something to help you better...

Until they do have the chance to come here [or a new fix solves your issue], you can use the base game and "Get to Work", since it was working fine for most of the people, that way you won't be "gameless"

Sure! Did you get "Get to Work" running, at least?
I have a feeling that your case will be better solved after the next fix comes to life [Spooky Day or Get Together], but it might take a while for them to come.
Meanwhile, maybe @Admin, @Carlos or @SeoY may have something to tell you that could assist you better on the matter. Let's see...
