Now if you are looking for something to help your strengthen your brittle nails I am not sure if this is the right thing for you. I have extremely soft, brittle nails and Biotin has not worked for me. I have tried it many, many times and my nails will grow really well with this supplement but it does not make them any stronger. It does however, make the hair grow really fast and much longer, it also makes your hair look shinier and more lustrous. Hair looks and feels thicker too. And it makes your skin glow and I do think it ramps up sebum production. Which is why skin is glowing. That would certainly explain it.
