  Incredible device that is lowering my blood pressure naturally. If I continue to use this,my MD feels may be able to,stop taking hypertension medications ! Most doctors will not tell you about Resp Rate, as they are not aware, or don't want to take the time out to learn. It is much easier for doctors to write a prescription. All it takes is 20 min three times a week, do do breathing exercises. Very easy to follow instructions. Do not use this device then take yourself off pills, without checking with your doctor !!
