This error message comes up instantly when my computer boots up. I tried to factory reset the computer yesterday, and then this error came up and I have no idea what do to. I have tried a couple of things I will list below. But I was hoping someone here had encountered something simmilair and solved it.

What I have tried:

Putting in a USB with a Windows download data in it.

Taken out all other USB's.

Checked and tightened all cables in the computer.

Moved the SSD to another location in the computer.

I have tried pressing shift+f10 but that does not seem to be working either.

I bought myself a desktop computer (I ordered every part from separate sellers and I set it up myself), all of the hardware works fine, I know that's not an issue. My other desktop PC is running Debian 10, I used a VM to create a bootable USB with Rufus with an .ISO downloaded from the official Microsoft's website.

I plugged it in on my new machine and tried installing it, everything went smooth and dandy, I go to the bathroom for a sec and when I go back it has that error. I can't go neither into the BIOS setup nor the boot menu, I tried using shift+F10 but since there wasn't any OS which came with it I can't access the registry to modify a file which would allow me to work this out. It also doesn't recognize my bootable USB anymore so I can't re-install from there.

What now?

Edit 01: It looks like I can enter the BIOS setup. I tried moving the USB as a boot method to the top but it still won't let me re-install.

Edit 02: I was able to re-install, but it looks like it still gives me the same error. I'm trying with deleting the old partitions that the first installation created to see if the error was related to that.

Found the internet!

Here are the pictures. I tried to factory reset my windows using the local reinstall option. This notification popped up after the downloading and installation part. I don’t currently have a windows installation media.

my buddy's pc has been messing up and this is the error message that pops up and its in a restart loop. on the top half it shows the aorus symbol and on the bottom its shows the windows welcome screen the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation

He said his pc was messing up and booting up games like arma 2 would black screen both his monitors, then only one would work then they both would work again, sometimes it would freeze his whole pc. He used to run it just fine. he has a ryzen 9 3900x and a 2070 super so it should have no issues.
