It was built but the cutscene didn't start. I had to reload autosave and it worked the second time. Incase you cant progress just, uninstall all the upgrades. Then fast travel to Chums Hideout and reinstall all the parts with the archangel upgrade screen. I thought this was glitched for a long time. Was about to give up on finishing this quest. I finally came across a post on the PS4 forums about it having what people thought was a glitch. Turns out it's just teribly inadequate quest explanation. If you open up the archangels screen where the baby bars is you'll see other things in there that will have a green dot on them. All of those are ready and need to be upgraded. After you upgrade all the ones with a green dot then the quest will finally update sending you to Gutgash's stronghold. After you get to Gutgash's you be asked to find some welding wire which is in the stronghold there. Then finally after grabbing the wire it will finally let you add the baby bars. Not sure how WB expected anyone to figure that out because they really do a terrible job of stepping you through the whole process on that quest, especially being your first storyline quest. Q: I can’t finish the ‘Wasteland Classic’ mission. How come? A: Make sure that all upgrades for ‘The Jack’ Archangel are GREEN, except for the Baby Bars armor upgrade. In order to access the Archangel menu, press ‘X’ on Xbox One, ‘Square’ on PS4, or ‘F’ on PC (default key map) in the Garage menu. (NOTE: In order to finish ‘The Jack’ you may have to install lower level parts than the ones you currently have installed. This includes getting rid of some upgrades entirely. These upgrades need to have a GREEN circle on top of the upgrade in the Garage menu.) So that's how, thanks for explaining guys, they really need to do a better job at this mission. Thanks for the advice. I thought I was glitched out but messing with the parts with the green circles above them whilst in Jeets stronghold got the quest to progress. Yes, thanks for the info guys. Mick None of the Archangels in my game are available yet. How do you fix that. Because, I'm sure I found some of those car bodies. I think it's glitch in my game..... You may have the bodies, but have you unlocked the other requirements, like tyres and armor and spikes and suspension so forth? Because you need all of the components in order to build a specific Archangel design. Some of them will only be available after you've cleared out most of the game, in fact. |
