This depends on the context. What is the context ?Câu trả lời được đánh giá cao
I've never heard the term used as slang, but there's a lot of English speakers out there. I'm in California.A biscuit is like a bread roll (to an American) or a crunchy cookie (to a Brit). Soggy means it is soaked through with a liquid. This probably means it is very unappetizing. :(I just had a buttermilk biscuit with butter a little while ago. Delicious!Câu trả lời được đánh giá cao
@designcc the context says 20 images you don’t want to search on google images...I was a little bit confused why soggy biscuit is so unwelcome by this saying...
Yes, so I also agree with Brendan. I am not from California but neither have I ever heard that term used as slang. In this context I would say it’s just something very unwelcome. A soggy biscuit would be both unpleasant to look at and certainly unpleasant to eat.Câu trả lời được đánh giá cao
Definitely don’t image search it...😣It’s a game where guys masturbate onto a cookie/biscuit and whoever takes the longest has to eat it. It’s called soggy biscuit in the UK and ookie cookie in the US.Câu trả lời được đánh giá cao
Well, I certainly didn’t know that nor did I want to know that.Câu trả lời được đánh giá cao

@designcc I also wish I didn’t know that! Sorry everybodyCâu trả lời được đánh giá cao
